The weather has improved across the region as temperatures reduced along with humidity levels. While temperatures have reduced in the gulf countries of the UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman, it seems that Kuwait and other parts of Saudi Arabia got the most cooling effects. In Kuwait, temperatures were in late 20s during the day, falling to late teens by night-time. Although temperatures are expected to warm up again in Kuwait, a significant cooling is expected by the start of next week around Oct 31. As the last few days brought interesting afternoon thundershowers to interior and mountainous UAE along with the eastern coast, the same is expected to continue on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday along the Hajar mountains of the UAE and Oman. March marks the start of meteorological spring (while astronomical spring starts around March 20-22). There will be several rounds of showers and thunderstorms over parts of the Arabian Peninsula between March 4th and 19th. Late winter thundershowers are expected to affect parts of Saudi Arabia, northern Arabian Gulf, and Kuwait during the next 48 hours.
