To affect Oman only. More updated details about the low pressure spinning over the Arabia Sea. It is expected to drift slowly to the west-northwest. Rainfall: Rainfall exceeded 40mm over Masirah island. Other areas received between 5 – 30 mm of rain. With rain continuing for a few more days, several areas of coastal Oman might reach 50mm of rain. Impact over Oman mainly: Eastern coasts of Oman and possibly northeastern coast of Yemen are expected to receive some showers and over several periods between Sunday and Thursday. The weather has improved across the region as temperatures reduced along with humidity levels. While temperatures have reduced in the gulf countries of the UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman, it seems that Kuwait and other parts of Saudi Arabia got the most cooling effects. In Kuwait, temperatures were in late 20s during the day, falling to late teens by night-time. Although temperatures are expected to warm up again in Kuwait, a significant cooling is expected by the start of next week around Oct 31. Windy

While foggy conditions could continue until Thursday morning, winds could pick up speed later on Thursday, and becoming breezy to windy by Friday. Northwesterly winds will blow at fresh speeds on Friday, putting an end to foggy nights over the last few days. While winds could reach 40 Km/hr over coastal cities, the Arabian Gulf Sea will become very rough due to  higher wind speeds offshore. Sunny weather

After a period of unstable weather over parts of mountainous UAE and Oman, and milder weather over the Arabian Peninsula in general, a return to warmer weather is expected. A stagnant high pressure is expected to start building up, and might not fade away until at least Oct 20th. During this time, day-time temperatures will increase again.
