Just seen the video.
This is called a waterspout (tornado on water). As you can see it is a small short-lived weather system but it can result in damages.
Tornadoes are possible any place during strong thunderstorms. And probably they happened this year but nobody noticed them. Or how do you know it has not been happening every year in the red sea. We had a few of waterspouts in the UAE last 2-3 years and a tornado as well but in the desert.

These tornadoes CAN’T be linked to Jeddah flood in my opinion. To start with, this waterspout didn’t happen in the same week.

As I explained earlier,
Cyclones/hurricanes are not possible in Egypt.
Tornadoes are possible during a very strong thunderstorm which rarely happens in Egypt. Tornadoes are very small short-lived weather systems. Maybe they happened long time ago in Egypt or maybe not.

Hi,

It seems there is nothing for the next 2 weeks. And no body can tell you how the weather will be beyond 2 weeks. Beyond 2 weeks, we refer to climate records and averages to determine the weather. For ramadhan, you need to check how the weather is typically during August/Sept, and I think it will be warm and sunny. Rain in more likely in southern Red Sea near Sudan and KSA due to tropical moisture.
